The Conference Room A on the Second Level of the Library no longer has a computer setup, but patrons can still utilize the overhead digital display with personal computers. The following post includes instructions for connecting computers to the digital display.
Connecting Computer to Display
#1 Select either VGA or HDMI cord to connect personal computer to Sony LCD display. *See the “Tech Desk Tools” note below for MacBook connections or checkout options.
#2 Turn on the LCD display by pushing [Power] on the Sony remote control. Select [Input] to change the input source.
#3 Change the LCD display on the input menu to either the [HDMI 1] option or [PC] option if using the VGA cable.
Tech Tools Available For Checkout
The Tech Desk, on the Lower Level, provides tech tools for checkout. Tools are available to current students and your Sea Pac Pass is required.
- Audio/video adapters available for MacBook computers, iPads, iPhones, and iPod touches
MacBook Pro Computers
- Four-hour checkout
- Must remain in library
- Inquire at Tech Desk for availability
